I am taking the MS Mighty Swim challenge!

I'm raising money to support people living with multiple sclerosis! I’m inspired by the work the MS Society SA & NT do for people living with MS, and I want to help them make a difference! Please sponsor me today by giving whatever you can. Every little bit will help me reach my fundraising goal!

The more people that know about the MS Society, the greater the impact. So please spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you for your generous support, it means a lot!

My Updates

Zumba & More!

So, with the heat recently I haven’t done as many outdoor activities with walking or riding my bike.

To combat this I’ve been swimming twice a week and taken up Zumba ... OMG!  I didn’t know how I’d go, but so far so good ... and I’m really enjoying it.

Back on the bike again today, so with swimming, dancing, walking, cycling and Zumba, I’m pretty sure I’ll meet my 50 hours of preparation leading into the swim.

Thanks to all those that have donated so far ... every dollar counts.

No photos today, but next time xxx

Getting Ready for my third year

I’m really excited to be participating in this year’s MS Mighty Swim, with 2025 being my third year.

The MS Mighty Swim is celebrating its 20th Anniversary, so very special, with so many achievements along the way.

My amazing Team ... The Red Hot Oompa Loompa’s ... are such a fun and supportive Team and I can’t wait to see them at their main fundraiser on 18 January 2025 at the Marion Cultural Centre (brochure attached).

Whilst I’m not a particularly strong swimmer, I am most definitely stubborn and have found I that I can hold my own without sinking - Go Me!

I work very long hours, but I’ve tried to add a mix of swimming, walking and cycling into my daily routine in preparation for this year. I’ve only recorded the workouts that I’ve done since registering on 8 November last year.

My dogs will be accompanying me on some of my walks and I’ll try and pop back to this page with some photos of Jesse and Tillie.

Thank you to my Sponsors
